Question 1

Reputation Pass

Accepted Answer

Reputation Pass lets sellers who already sell on Discord, G2G, Telegram, PlayerAuctions, and similar platforms submit proof for manual review. Approved sellers get a Rep Pass badge (Starter, Pro, or Elite), extra listing slots, search boost, and optional Trust link perks. External sales shown are seller-reported estimates — not ZeroFee transactions. ZeroFee reviews evidence but does not guarantee third-party marketplace activity. Apply at Seller → Reputation Pass.

Question 2

Trust Check

Accepted Answer

Trust Check (/trust) shows automated trust signals for a seller or store — ratings, sales, badges, response patterns, and risk flags. It is an informational tool built from platform data, not a guarantee that a trade is safe or that ZeroFee endorses the seller. Always verify the listing, use protected payments (PayPal G&S, cards), and keep chat on-platform. Sellers can share their Trust link after Reputation Pass approval.

Question 3

Seller badges

Accepted Answer

Badges help buyers spot reliable sellers. Email confirmation is required to sell but is not shown as a trust badge. Reputation Pass = reviewed proof of selling on Discord, G2G, Telegram, etc. Premium = paid visibility. Trusted and Popular are earned from real ZeroFee sales and reviews — they cannot be bought. Full guide: /support/seller-badges. Sellers track progress at Seller → Badges.

Question 4

What is ZeroFee.gg?

Accepted Answer

ZeroFee.gg is an open peer-to-peer gaming marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers directly with 0% commission on sales. We do not process payments or hold money — all deals happen between users.

Question 5

How to buy?

Accepted Answer

1) Browse a game hub or search. 2) Open a listing and message the seller in ZeroFee chat. 3) Agree on delivery details. 4) Pay the seller directly (peer-to-peer). 5) Receive delivery (use Secure Delivery for credentials). 6) Confirm the order and leave a review.

Question 6

Does ZeroFee hold money?

Accepted Answer

No. ZeroFee.gg never touches, processes, or holds your money. Payments go directly from buyer to seller. Choose methods with buyer protection — PayPal Goods & Services and credit cards are strongly recommended.

Question 7

Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

ZeroFee is an open P2P marketplace — we don't hold payments, but we run active safety layers: live chat risk warnings (e.g. multiple pending reports, scam-language alerts), one-click reports with screenshot evidence, order dispute signals, trust scores, and moderation. These tools warn you early — they don't guarantee a trade or refund money. Always check seller ratings, use PayPal G&S or cards, keep chat on-platform, and verify delivery before you pay.

Question 8

I was scammed

Accepted Answer

1) Report the user via the Report button on their profile or listing. 2) Contact your payment provider for a chargeback (PayPal G&S, card). 3) Keep all chat logs on-platform. Note: ZeroFee cannot recover funds — we never held the payment.

Question 9

How to sell?

Accepted Answer

Register as a seller, go to Seller → Create Listing, add title, description, images, price, game, and category. Set your payment methods in Seller Settings. When buyers message you, arrange payment and delivery directly. You keep 100% — 0% commission.

Question 10

Contact support

Accepted Answer

This assistant answers common questions instantly. Signed-in users can Open a ticket from Help (problem, suggestion, or other — one screenshot optional). You can also email support@zerofee.gg. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Question 11

Open a ticket

Accepted Answer

Log in, open the Help widget, and choose Open a ticket. Pick Problem, Suggestion, or Other; add a short subject and details; optionally attach one screenshot (auto-compressed, max 2MB). You must be signed in to submit. Track replies under My tickets in Help, or wait for Support to open a chat in your messages. For urgent order scams, also mark the order Disputed and upload proofs in chat.

Question 12

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Buying is completely free. Selling is free on the Free Plan (up to 5 active listings). Optional Seller Premium gives sellers more listings, analytics, and visibility — still with 0% commission on every sale. Optional Buyer Premium ($2/wk · $5/mo · $50/yr prepaid) adds shopper tools like Early Access and Deal Radar — also 0% commission.
